Motor Parts 4 Shades Refund/Exchange Policy
At Motor Parts 4 Shades, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be unopened and unused.
- Returns are initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Return Process:
- Use the return function via our website to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided to you. This RA number must be included with your return shipment.
- Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service & purchasing insurance for items over $75.
- Inspection and Store Credit:
- Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, a store credit will be issued to your account for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Glydea Drapery Rods
- The motor only may be returned if in its original packaging, unused
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items that are not working and still under warranty may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
